Job summary

AdventHealth Sebring is seeking an experienced ICU registered nurse to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications per physician orders.

You will document care in the EMR, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain infection control, and mentor nursing staff. Must hold RN license, BLS, and an Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred. Part-time, night-weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license is required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• ICU/critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders, ensuring patient safety.
• Document care activities accurately in the EMR and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure coordinated care.
