Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit (RMC) on a full-time night shift. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, assessments, and care coordination in a fast-paced ICU setting.

Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking are essential to support patient safety and outcomes. The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, current RN licensure, and certifications (BLS, TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale) with potential for additional credential

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification required at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care following the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in ICU/Intermediate Care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and family education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient safety and comfort.
