Job summary

OhioHealth in Cambridge, OH seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for ICU patient care across the continuum in a 24/7 operation. The RN is accountable for nursing practice per Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs/UAPs.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, participate in quality initiatives, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for ICU patients.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in process improvement to achieve quality and safety targets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain 24/7 department coverage and respond to emergencies.
