StaffDNA® is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit in Ohio to provide life-saving care to critically ill patients. You will monitor vital signs, operate ventilators and other advanced equipment, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to tailor care plans.

The role emphasizes quick decision-making, emotional support for families, and ongoing education to maintain licensure while advancing in critical care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions upon admission and develop individualized care plans tailored to their critical needs.
• Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians while closely monitoring patient responses.
• Operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex medical conditions.
• Educate families on treatment plans and offer emotional support during challenging situations.
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust care plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.
