Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year ICU or critical care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; other credentials may be requested by facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care across ICU units with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and operate critical care equipment per protocol.
• Document patient information and maintain comprehensive medical records.
