Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville is seeking an experienced RN for a Float Pool position serving both Medical ICU and Cardiovascular ICU in Charlotte, NC. This role requires completing an accredited nursing program and holding a valid RN license in the state of practice.

Two years of ICU experience (CVICU preferred) and BLS certification are required. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within an interprofessional team.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• At least 2 years ICU experience; CVICU experience preferred.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
