Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks a Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU service lines across multiple environments. Candidates should have critical care experience and be comfortable floating between CVICU, SICU, and MICU or other areas as needed.

RNs will work within The Christ Hospital's Professional Practice Model, adhering to ANA standards and Ohio Nurse Practice Act while focusing on safe, high-quality patient outcomes and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Ohio; BSN within 5 years preferred for some hires.
• Experience in ICU/critical care settings; ability to float across units.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic nursing assessments across ICU patient populations.
• Coordinate care using SBAR and communicate with care teams.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions and education to patients and families.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure safety.
