Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a qualified registered nurse willing to float throughout the hospital and across multiple locations. You will apply standard elements of professional practice: assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate, while maintaining accountability within your license and scope of knowledge.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement, embrace new ideas and cultures, and manage competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area ( ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc ).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical expertise with focus on patient assessment, outcomes identification, and implementation of care plans.
• Holds valid RN licensure and maintains specialty-specific credentials while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Adapts to new ideas and manages competing priorities to improve quality and outcomes.
