UCHealth Highlands Ranch is hiring a registered nurse for the Medical Surgical PCU with ICU experience requirements. This onsite role offers day and night rotation, a competitive hourly pay range, and full-time scheduling (72 hours per pay period).

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship, ACLS and BLS certification. This position emphasizes evidence-based care and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• 6 months ICU RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required with cards in-hand on start.
• Onsite, day and night rotation in a high-acuity ICU unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a technical ICU setting using nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Model professional practice and precept new staff as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality and evidence-based care at point of care.
