Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required.
• Previous leadership experience is necessary.
• ICU experience is required.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification is required.
• Handle with Care Training within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of departmental goals and standards.
• Direct and evaluate operations to ensure quality and performance.
• Manage staffing activities including hiring, training, and evaluation.
• Promote a culture of professional growth and integrate evidence-based practices.
• Monitor ICU metrics to drive continuous improvement.
