Tap Healthcare Solutions seeks an experienced Director of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide clinical and operational leadership for ICU services in Las Cruces, NM. The role requires hands-on ICU nursing experience, strong leadership, and a focus on patient safety and nursing excellence.

Qualifications

• ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current NM RN license or Compact RN with NM licensure eligibility.
• ICU experience with leadership exposure.
• Willingness to relocate to Las Cruces, NM within 30–45 days.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication.
