Job summary

Mercy Health in Youngstown is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU (Critical Care) at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

The role focuses on assessing patient status, determining priorities, implementing intensive medical care, and developing care plans to improve outcomes. Candidates should have RN licensure, BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred, and at least 1 year of RN experience with CCU/ICU exposure.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; 6 months CCU/ICU preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS encouraged.
• BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and determine priorities; develop care plans.
