Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of formal CNA training program and state CNA Certification.
• As of 8/1/2013, Florida CNA license required; current employees may transfer with education and experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Good communication skills to relate to customers.
• Must be able to perform EKGs.
• Computer skills including order entry and ADT function.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care tasks and monitors cardiac telemetry rhythm strips.
• Receives patients at the front desk and handles receptionist/secretarial duties.
• Cross trains and floats to cover needs across shifts as required.
