Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Nurse Apprentice to join our ICU nursing team in a 21-bed unit, caring for high-acuity patients needing neuro, medical, surgical and trauma care.

This part-time role offers three 12-hour day shifts on a 2-week schedule, with hours from 7am to 7:30pm and potential work on weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• CNA certification issued by Idaho or current Nurse Apprentice application on file with the Idaho State Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification required at hire unless ACLS/PALS already certified.
• Ability to care for patients across age groups from neonate to geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care activities and related non-professional services under the direction of the RN.
