Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Nurse Apprentice to join the ICU team in our Level II Trauma Center. This part-time role, based in Boise, offers a 12-hour day shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts over two weeks, and requires flexibility for weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision in a high-acuity 21-bed unit, supporting neuro, medical, surgical, and trauma

Qualifications

• CNA certification issued by the State of Idaho or active Nurse Apprentice application on file with the Idaho State Board of Nursing or completion of the Trinity Nursing Assistant Program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from AHA, ARC or MTN is required at hire in all units unless ACLS/PALS already held per SAHS Crosswalk.
• Ability to care for all age groups (Neonate, Child, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care activities and related non-professional services under the direction and supervision of the RN to support patient comfort and needs.
