Job summary

Inova Alexandria Hospital – ICU - General is seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join our night shift team. This full-time role runs 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM with rotating days, weekends and holidays.

Inova is a national leader in safety, quality and patient experience. The Clinical Technician 1 provides direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, communicates effectively with the care team and patients, and maintains professionalism across the hospital system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Physical ability to lift at least 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
