Baptist Health, the region's largest not-for-profit healthcare system, is hiring a Clinical Partner (CP) to work with the nursing staff in providing basic technical nursing tasks under RN supervision. The role includes wound care, saline lock management, and Foley catheter care, in compliance with Florida Nurse Practice Act and BHSF policy.

Minimum experience is 2 years; CNA or LPN credentials are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• LPN license required or eligible to obtain license.
• BLS certification required.
• CNA certification preferred or relevant nursing assistant credentials.

Mansioni

• Provide basic nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with wound care and delegated tasks (saline lock, Foley catheter).
• Ensure patient safety and quality care per Florida Nurse Practice Act and policy.
• Collaborate with RN and healthcare team to support patient-centered care.
