Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Partner to support the nursing team at our Miami, FL facilities. The CP provides basic technical nursing tasks under the direction of a registered nurse, including wound care and catheter care as appropriate.

Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care preferred; CNA/LPN experience and BLS certification are advantageous. This role supports a faith-based mission and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School, GED, or equivalent could be acceptable.
• Licenses & certifications like BLS, CNA/LPN preferred.
• 2 years of experience in acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing skills under RN supervision.
• Assist with wound care, discontinuing saline locks, and catheter care as delegated.
• Collaborate with RN to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
