Job summary

The Clinical Partner provides basic nursing skills under the direction of an RN, performing delegated tasks such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and Foley catheter care, to support safe, patient-centered care in an acute setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma, BLS certification, and CNA or LPN licensure with Florida eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• CNA or PN/LPN license required; prior acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing skills under RN supervision, including wound care and discontinuing saline locks.
• Assist with Foley catheter management and delegated tasks under supervision.
• Participate in patient assessment and care planning with the RN.
