Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a related clinical setting.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Maryland required.

Responsabilités

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.

Knowledge of critical care standards and regulatory requirements

Formation

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Master’s degree preferred
