Job summary

Tenet is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (RN) for nights in the ICU in Indio, CA. The PCC coordinates the care of critically ill patients, supervises unit operations, and supports the Rapid Response Team to ensure timely, high-quality care.

The role includes mentoring staff, assisting with hiring and training, maintaining staffing and equipment availability, and driving performance improvement projects to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• 5 years of critical care experience preferred.
• CPR/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily unit operations and Rapid Response Team activities.
• Assist with hiring and training of staff.
• Maintain staffing levels and ensure equipment and supplies.
• Develop performance improvement projects to improve outcomes.
