Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Frisco at PGA Parkway is seeking a Registered Nurse Charge for ICU/PCU duties in Frisco, Texas. The role oversees patient care, evaluates patients, and develops personalized care plans within an acute care setting.

You will apply nursing judgment, follow regulations, and work across shifts during three 12-hour night shifts weekly, including weekends and holidays. Requires RN license and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Formación

• Completed an established nursing program.
• At least 2 years in the field in an acute care setting.
• Registered Nurse License is required.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients, identify nursing diagnoses, create personalized care plans and assess patient responses.
• Apply nursing judgment to health assessments and ensure alignment with standard practices.
• Foster healing by addressing emotional and physical comfort and updating care procedures as needed.
