Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Frisco, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse Charge to oversee patient care and ensure adherence to nursing regulations and organizational priorities. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, and monitor responses to care to promote recovery.

Ideal candidates have a nursing program completion, at least two years of clinical nursing experience, an RN license, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Job Summary

Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, and fulfills the organization's priorities. This enhances responsibility to promote the mission. The main tasks involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.

Essential Functions Of The Role

• You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.
• You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes.
• You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.
