SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital is seeking an experienced RN to lead and coordinate unit staffing on day shift in ICU - 4S. This role ensures clinical objectives and high-quality patient care are met while supporting a team of nurses and support staff.

Responsibilities include assigning and supervising staff, evaluating patient care, collaborating with providers, and contributing to staff development. Minimum RN license and required BLS, with at least one year of RN experience.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Assigns, directs, educates and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
• Assesses daily patient care needs and develops and distributes patient care assignments.
• Collaborates with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies issues affecting outcomes.
• Responds to complaints about patient care and manages through established channels.
