Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia (or multi-state) required or as per licensure rules.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification prior to independent chemotherapy administration (Infusion/Oncology)
• NRP or related per unit requirements by start date
• AWHONN fetal monitoring program within 12 months of start date (Labor and Delivery)

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through lifecycle.
• Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership.
• Acts as resource for guidance and assistance to staff.
