Job summary

HCA Healthcare's TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY seeks an experienced RN for ICU/CCU. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and coordinate discharge planning. Strong ICU experience and KY licensure are required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The role emphasizes medication administration, wound care, respiratory management, and meticulous documentation in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure by KY Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• ICU experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS required.
• ACLS within 6 Months of hire or transfer from non ICU area.
• One to two years clinical nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds and monitor vital signs.
• Provide respiratory, ventilator management, and monitoring for patients.
• Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition using computerized documentation systems.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
