Job summary

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and participate in discharge planning to ensure safe transitions.

The role requires KY RN licensure or compact state, BLS, ACLS within six months, and 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; ICU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure by KY Board of Nursing or compact state.
• ICU experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer from non ICU area.
• One to two years clinical nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs.
• Provide respiratory and ventilator management and monitoring.
• Coordinate patient care as primary multi-disciplinary lead.
• Monitor and document patient condition using computerized systems.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the care team.
