The role requires a BSN (preferred), BLS, ACLS, and at least 1 year of related nursing experience. New nurses are welcomed and oriented to the department.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree preferred (BSN).
• Minimum 1 year of related nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required or within grace period per policy.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor outcomes.
• Document patient history, symptoms, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients and families.
• Delegate tasks to other care providers to manage clinical situations.
