Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL seeks an RN to provide comprehensive patient care in a full-time hospital setting. Eligible applicants may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 relocation assistance with a two-year commitment.

Growth through the Clinical Ladder program with potential salary increases up to 20% based on experience and performance. Responsible for assessments, care planning, medication administration, education, and interprofessional collaboration to achieve optimal patient

Qualifications

• Must be RN with current license in the state of Florida.
• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• CPR/BLS and state licensure required; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with ongoing evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocol.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and ancillary departments; maintain clear documentation.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and ensure infection control compliance.
