Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU Cardiac unit on days in Carrollton, GA. The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor cardiac patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a six-bed CVICU setting.

Position requires ACLS within 6 months of hire, Georgia RN license, CPR certification, and ICU experience. Shift is 12 hours (7a–7p) with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation, supporting open heart, vascular, or thoracic procedures.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or multistate license
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider) or obtained within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
• ICU experience required

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing functions and supervises RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to the plan and state nurse practice act
