Job summary

Employee Magnets, Inc. seeks an experienced ICT Engineer to verify PCB assemblies using in-circuit test equipment and develop robust test programs. You will work with ATE platforms (TRI, Teradyne, Keysight, SPEA) and contribute to fixture design and fault diagnosis.

The role focuses on test development, debugging, and collaboration with design teams to enhance manufacturability and test coverage in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in PCB testing, ICT programming, and ATE systems.
• Experience with boundary scan (JTAG) is a plus.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 quality standards and Six Sigma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ICT programs for PCB assemblies.
• Create test fixtures and customize hardware for prototypes to production.
• Collaborate with hardware/design teams to ensure testability.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for failures.
• Calibrate and maintain ICT equipment; update software/hardware as needed.
• Improve test coverage and reduce test execution time through automation.
• Generate reports on defects, coverage, and quality metrics.
