RTX's Collins Aerospace unit is seeking an In-Circuit Test Engineer to develop, modify, and maintain ICT programs and fixtures for PCBA assembly. You will troubleshoot failures at the component level and support production to minimize downtime.

You'll analyze test data, document procedures, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering to improve yields. A STEM degree and hands-on testing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Must be U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

• Assist with ICT programming: develop, modify, and optimize basic test programs for Teradyne ICT platforms under supervision.
• Update ICT software programs and fixture wiring to accommodate design changes.
• Troubleshoot and validate bed-of-nails and vacuum fixtures; replace worn test probes and pins.
• Debug and isolate root causes of PCBAs on the production line using schematics and instruments.
• Monitor line-down issues to keep production running and support flying probe testing for prototypes.
• Track test yields and analyze data to identify failure trends for quality improvements.
• Create and update standard operating procedures and test logs for equipment.
• Collaborate with assembly, quality, and engineering teams to improve yields.
