HDR, Inc. is seeking an Information Communication Technology (ICT)/Security Intern to gain real-world project experience by applying standard engineering techniques and BIM software to design ICT, ESS and AV systems under the guidance of senior engineers.

You will collaborate with mentors and early career professionals in an employee-owned culture, contributing to security, connectivity and smart-building initiatives in Kansas City.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsabilités

• Gain real-world experience on projects using BIM to design ICT, ESS and AV systems.
• Assist senior engineers in researching and designing security systems including CCTV and access equipment.
• Engage with recent graduates and company leaders through mentoring programs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
