We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering and mission-critical projects from planning through successful project delivery. This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, contracts, project schedules, budgets, scope, deliverables, and multidisciplinary project teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a background in engineering, building systems, advanced industry, mission-critical facilities, or data centers. While an ICT background is not required, candidates must have experience managing technically complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders across engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, communicator, and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys partnering directly with clients while driving project success.

Qualifications

Must Have

• 8+ years of project management experience within engineering, consulting, construction, or technical project environments
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, scope, and client relationships
• Data center, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, or other technically complex project experience
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Hyperscale data center project experience preferred
• PMP certification
• background in Electrical, Mechanical, ICT, or MEP engineering

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $72.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
