A well-established charity partnership between two hospices is looking for an ICT Field Support Engineer to provide cover to Selly Park area and Erdington Locations. Along with a basic salary of £42,000 per annum, you will receive an excellent benefits package, plus travelling expenses fully reimbursed above DVLA standard.

What you’ll be doing as ICT Field Support Engineer:

• Track, troubleshoot, and resolve requests while meeting SLAs.
• Utilize a broad knowledge of various technologies to troubleshoot and deliver solutions that keep people productive.
• Provide excellent customer service with strong communication skills and a friendly, tech-savvy approach.
• Work flexibly across sites, including occasional out-of-hours work and on-site presence at multiple locations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine processes, document activities, and ensure systems run smoothly.

We’re looking for an ICT Field Support Engineer with:

• Experience in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Exchange, Intune, VMware/Hyper-V, and networking (switches, firewalls, VLANs).
• Strong customer relationship, communication, and delivery skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations and maintaining professionalism.
• Experience managing field service tickets, meeting SLAs, and troubleshooting technical faults.
• Ability to link issues with technical knowledge, diagnose problems efficiently, and communicate solutions clearly.
