Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking an IC S Lead to manage and govern the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program for the Instrumentation & Control Systems organization. You will ensure safety processes align with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

You will provide safety expertise, leadership for a small team, and support across engineering, manufacturing, field projects, and vendor operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related discipline.
• At least twelve years’ experience in safety.
• Experience creating and teaching safety policies and procedures.
• Professional EHS certifications such as CSP/CIH are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and govern the EHS program across operations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulations.
• Ensure deployment of safety processes across engineering offices, manufacturing, field sites, and vendors.
• Develop and deliver safety training for the workforce across manufacturing, engineering, projects, and office roles.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near-misses; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Establish safety metrics and leading indicators to identify systematic issues.
• Champion a nuclear safety culture and promote a 'Zero Harm' mindset.
