Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Senior EHS Director - Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing to lead global safety culture and drive performance across sites. The role reports to the President, Nuclear Fuel and oversees a matrixed team across multiple locations with a focus on policy deployment, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• 10+ years in technical/manufacturing environments with at least 5 years in progressively responsible management.
• Experience managing matrixed leaders across locations and cultures.
• Experience across international regions and cultures with federal/local/global regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term EHS strategies for global Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing.
• Promote a world-class industrial safety culture with daily safety expectations.
• Implement Corporate EHS programs and ensure compliance across sites.
• Manage direct reports (2 managers) and indirect reports (5 site EHS leaders).
• Oversee Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing EHS Council for safety, sustainability, risk, emergencies, and compliance.
• Lead safety results reporting, trend analysis, and program improvement.
• Partner with sites to ensure EHS regulatory compliance and incident response.
