Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to oversee person-centered services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in the Manteo, NC area. You will supervise direct care staff, ensure compliance with standards, and support the development of individualized service plans.
The role involves driving throughout the service area, regular travel of up to 1.5 hours, and a salaried, Monday–Friday schedule (8:30am–5pm).

There is regular travel involved in the position up to 1.5 hours in the general area to meet the needs of our clients.
As the Program Supervisor you would oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement. This role provides direct supervision to direct care staff, ensures compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and supports the development and implementation of individualized service plans.
