Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide supports for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their homes in the Manteo, NC area. The role involves supervising direct care staff, ensuring compliance with standards, and developing individualized service plans.

Travel up to 1.5 hours for client needs. The successful candidate will promote safety, autonomy, and engagement while upholding Easterseals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required from a USDOE/CHEA-accredited college or university.
• Must be credentialed as a Qualified Professional.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with insurability.
• Reliable transportation to cover the program delivery area.

Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is committed to empowering individuals and strengthening communities. With a mission rooted in care and community empowerment, we seek a compassionate and dedicated full-time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide appropriate support services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in the Manteo, NC area. There is regular travel involved in the position, up to 1.5 hours within the general area, to meet the needs of our clients.

Our Role

As the Program Supervisor you would oversee person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high-quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement. This role provides direct supervision to direct care staff, ensures compliance with state, federal, and agency standards, and supports the development and implementation of individualized service plans. Work Schedule

Full-time, salaried position. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA

• Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.
