Job Overview

The Regional Sales Manager – ICS/Oregon Tool will focus on creating long-term revenue growth and sustained profits by building a global business that delivers best-in-class products and services for construction professionals in the sawing, drilling, demolition, finishing, and infrastructure markets.

Remote, preferably based in Southern California

Territory

Southern California, Arizona, Hawaii, Southern Nevada, New Mexico

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage customer relationships within the Concrete Cutting and Finishing (CCF) Direct Market Segment, including direct sourcing to professional concrete sawing, drilling, and water utility channels.
  2. Drive customer demand and maximize product utilization of CCF Diamond Tools and Equipment through promotions, demonstrations, training, service, technical support, local open houses, and trade shows.
  3. Develop new customers in line with market potential.
  4. Grow existing customers to meet financial targets for unit volume and sales.
  5. Manage expenses to ensure ROI aligns with business objectives.
  6. Assist in the commercialization and development of new products, including refinement, enhancement, and field testing.
  7. Provide field feedback based on customer insights.
  8. Proactively seek opportunities to improve organizational performance.
  9. Document field activities weekly for organizational review.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in contractor field sales, construction supply sales/management, or manufacturing sales/industry management.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction market.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to demonstrate products effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data management skills preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays up to and exceeding 75% of the year.
Compensation

Estimated range: $85,000 to $90,000 plus commissions, depending on location and experience.
