Qualifications

1+ years of Microsoft Office and Excel experience.
Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Python for data analysis.
Ability to perform data extraction and root-cause analysis.
Strong ability to present data to leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop data collection processes and data management systems for ACES initiatives.
Maintain data integrity with a target of 0% error rate.
Design queries, compile data, and generate reports using Microsoft tools.
Create charts and graphs to support reporting needs.
Conduct in-depth research of defect trends.
Support data collection and data entry as needed.
Use data mining and problem-solving techniques to identify and address issues.
Present analysis in standard reports that are easy to interpret.
Teach leadership how to interpret data trends as needed.
Complete other priority requests assigned by senior leadership.
Provide backup coverage for ICQA Process Assistant duties.
