The role involves evaluating lifecycle costs, coordinating with Product Support Managers, and implementing item management across ICP, M/U, and related modules. Requirements include a Secret clearance on day one, an Associate degree in logistics or related field, and at least five years of combined DoD/federal experience in finance, program

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required on day one of performance.
• Associate degree in logistics management, supply chain or business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of combined experience with DoD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management and Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a program/project lead supporting implementation and sustainment.
• Minimum one year experience operating in a Logistics Information System (LIS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates life cycle cost and trade-off parameters to optimize product support providers' supply and resources.
• Interfaces with PEO/PM Product Support Managers to analyze data and develop recommendations.
• Implements and sustains ICP item management functions.
• Coordinates with ICP personnel on implementation and sustainment actions.
• Plans, manages, and coordinates logistics supply chain support for major systems.
• Integrates supply, maintenance, spares procurement, and QA into logistics activities.
• Assists with Integrated Logistics Support plans and milestones as directed.
• Utilizes internal controls and recommends policy and regulatory changes.
• Performs Item Manager duties within APSR including ICP management, requisitions, dispositions, and on-site inventory scheduling.
• Conducts causal research to resolve item management discrepancies.
