Davidson Hospitality Group seeks an Event Planning Manager for The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA. You will coordinate events end-to-end, serving as the liaison between clients and the hotel's sales team to ensure flawless execution.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in hotel sales, with strong negotiation, communication, and time-management skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required or 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and interpretation of contracts is preferred.
• Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of events from planning to execution.
• Serve as liaison between customer and hotel sales to direct event execution.
• Support group room blocks, food & beverage, and billing processes during events.
• Resolve problems and offer alternatives on-site during events.
