GoodLife Innovations is seeking an iCoach to monitor and support adults with disabilities using the iLink system at our Remote Support Center. This full-time, on-site role pays $16.00–$19.83 per hour with a $250 signing bonus, and includes weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will monitor safety, dispatch staff as needed, and assist in providing remote support to homes in our network. The ideal candidate has prior direct support or caregiving experience, is comfortable with technology, and

• Previous direct support or caregiving experience (preferred).
• Must understand technology and be a quick learner.
• Must enjoy multi-tasking while supporting assigned locations.
• Must be able to stay awake and alert for the entire shift.

Responsabilités

• Monitor safety and supervision for individuals in iLink-monitored homes.
• Dispatch onsite staff if safety concerns arise.
• Assist staff by answering questions and facilitating needed supports.
• Remain awake and alert to ensure the safety of monitored individuals.
