Job summary

Oscar Health in New York is hiring a Sales Enablement Associate, ICHRA, to drive enablement strategy and scalable marketing collateral across brokers, tech platforms, and employers.

You will bridge growth strategy with field execution, build internal training, and develop state-specific materials while collaborating with Product Marketing, Legal, and Sales operations. This role is hybrid with three in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years commensurate experience.
• 1-3 years in sales enablement, broker relations, account management, or training.
• Proven ability to create clear sales assets and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-audience collateral translating ICHRA concepts and Oscar advantages.
• Build B2B2C and state-specific enrollment toolkits for platforms and employers.
• Architect internal ICHRA training programs across growth teams.
• Support event execution with asset readiness for industry events and Open Enrollment.
• Optimize the resource repository with feedback from sales loops and partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
