Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director, Product Marketing (ICHRA) to lead end-to-end GTM for our Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement business. You’ll translate insurance design and technical features into clear value propositions and enablement assets for brokers, employers, and employees.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, you’ll drive cross‑functional launches, track KPIs, and scale Oscar’s B2B motion with disciplined timelines and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing, brand strategy, or growth marketing in fast-paced settings.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years leading GTM campaigns for health insurance, FinTech, or digital health products with deadline-driven asset management.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM campaign strategy, messaging, and localization for ICHRA products.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch management with Product, Sales, Creative, and Legal.
• Train sales teams and broker networks with updated enablement assets.
• Track campaign metrics and optimize channel performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and brand integrity across communications.
