Job summary

eHealth is seeking an ICHRA Account Manager to oversee day-to-day administration of ICHRA plans for employer groups and their employees. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing plan support.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in account management or client services within health insurance or HR services, and are proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and payroll-related systems. This seasonal role ends 03/31/2027 with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in health insurance or HR services.
• Strong understanding of health reimbursement arrangements and group health benefits.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems (Office, Salesforce, internal platforms).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between employer groups, employees, brokers, and internal teams for a seamless ICHRA experience.
• Guide clients through onboarding, plan design, employee education, and enrollment support.
• Provide ongoing account management and proactive support to address client questions and needs.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure plan compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate with operations, enrollment, and customer care teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct plan performance reviews and offer improvement insights.
• Maintain thorough documentation of interactions, changes, and service requests.
