Quest, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Manager – Intermediate Care Facility to oversee staffing operations across our residential services programs.

This role is responsible for managing schedules, developing staff, overseeing payroll, ensuring regulatory staffing compliance, and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs). Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience supervising large teams (10+ employees).
• Minimum 2 years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or in comparable human services settings.
• Experience managing employee schedules, attendance, staffing needs, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, onboard, and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Lead Staff.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, including introductory and annual reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust staffing schedules across multiple shifts with appropriate staffing ratios.
• Serve as a key resource for staff scheduling needs, including on‑call rotation for emergencies.
• Monitor attendance, time‑off requests, payroll accuracy, overtime usage, and timekeeping records.
• Hold staff accountable to policies, procedures, attendance expectations, and performance standards.
• Provide ongoing training, retraining, and hands‑on support to direct care staff.
• Partner with program, nursing, and leadership teams to ensure high‑quality care.
• Conduct regular observations of staff performance and interaction with individuals served.
• Facilitate staff meetings and communicate important operational updates to teams.
• Monitor training compliance through the LMS and maintain training records.
• Support risk management and workplace safety initiatives.
