Job summary

Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board is hiring a Residential Technician - ICF for full-time night shifts at Mountain View ICF. You will supervise residents, assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication documentation while maintaining safety and clean living conditions.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40 pounds, and flexible hours. Training in CPR/First Aid and behavior interventions is part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license and good driving record; willing to acquire CDL if necessary.
• Willingness and ability to travel and use personal transportation for work.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Effective problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to intervene in a crisis situation and manage behaviors.
• Ability to complete training in Medication Administration, Medication Repackaging, Medicaid Waiver Training, CPR, First Aid, behavior intervention training, etc.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents of the ICF in all aspects of daily living.
• Provide instruction for individual service plan outcomes and record program data.
• Transport residents to appointments, activities, shopping, and scheduled events.
• Lift or mobilize individuals; provide personal care and assistance as needed.
• Assist with medication administration documentation and meal preparation.
• Maintain clean, sanitary residential environment and conduct safety checks.
• Manage crisis behaviors using approved techniques.
• Work a flexible schedule as required by supervisor.
