Qualifications

• Residential care experience is required.
• CNA experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Active Treatment components of ICF-IID is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in learning independent living skills, personal care, housekeeping, and recreation in home and community settings.
• Lift and support clients physically when necessary.
• Document clearly and maintain safety and compliance with background checks and screenings.
